Friendly service, we had wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect, good location just off the buses around the corner as well as a garden, attentive staff. Our room was nicely decorated and pet-friendly and had 2 single beds or 1 queen size bed;)))

The staff were really helpful and attentive the whole time. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing desk...

English-speaking staff, good restaurant, free WiFi and parking, cute floral decoration, beds on mezzanine, conveniently located 15 km from A2 motorway and near Lodz airport.

The staff here is fantastic, they are really friendly, and they offer private parking as well.

The location was close to a large cemetery, the city center, and restaurants, with very helpful staff who ensured cleanliness.

The rooms here are nicely decorated and come with a private bathroom equipped with all the essentials you need. It's located a bit out of the way, but you can easily hop on a bus just around the corner 🚌.

I was kinda surprised by the cozy atmosphere and kind staff at this hotel. The lovely flora-themed decor added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The rooms were well-equipped with everything I needed and the private parking was a bonus. The inner yard was super lovely, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. The breakfast had all the basics covered and I particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs with sausages. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near a Carrefour. I had a great value for the price I paid.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decorations throughout the hotel. The warm colors, elegant furniture, and beautiful artwork created a homey and inviting atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a traditional Polish home, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The general areas were also very well-maintained and clean, with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with convenient elevators and well-lit hallways. It made navigating the hotel a breeze, even for someone like me with mobility concerns.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive staff. While the employees were polite, I felt that the children working there lacked the enthusiasm and attentiveness that would have made my stay even more enjoyable.

the hotel turned into a full-blown nightclub with loud music blasting until 3am. It felt like sleeping in a nightclub, and my children were unable to sleep because of it. the rooms were located at opposite ends of the building, and there was a wedding or some kind of function that went on until 3am, causing the whole building to shake with the noise. There was no warning about these events, and the walls were not soundproof at all. Despite being offered complimentary breakfast, it didn't make up for the fact that we couldn't sleep, which was the whole purpose of our stay. Cons: For us, it was ideal 👌🏼.

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Lodz. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself is in a good location, with easy access to the city center and attractions like the aquapark and zoo. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, including glasses and water. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options available. this hotel offered great value for money and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay. If I ever find myself in Lodz again, I would definitely consider staying here.

The hotel had free parking and Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful, even finding a qualified mechanic on a Sunday. The filling breakfast was a good value for money. The room had glasses and water.
